Stock Market Crash! Is This a Stepping Stone to a One World Government?

In recent months, the financial world has been teetering on the edge. Between rising inflation, mounting debt, unstable banks, and the current rapid decline of the stock market due to the implementation of tariffs, many are asking: What’s really going on?

While some view this as a natural economic cycle, others believe the world is being quietly steered toward a much darker destination: the rise of a One World Government and a One World Currency—just as prophesied in the Bible.

For those of you who are “End-Times” watchers, I would like to discuss this topic, using scriptures from the New Testament to make sense of what is happening on the earth today.

A Global Power Rising

For decades, global elites have floated the idea of “global governance” to address everything from pandemics to climate change. Digital currencies are being tested worldwide. The United Nations is pushing global cooperation through initiatives like the Pact for the Future.

But to build a new system, the old one often needs to collapse. Could a global stock market crash be the trigger?

“For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them…”

Economic collapse breeds desperation. In the ashes of financial ruin, people may welcome any solution—even one that strips away freedom. A unified global system, complete with a central bank digital currency (CBDC), could offer “security”… at a cost.

Our loss of freedom is something that we all have been fighting against, especially in the past few years. But when things get so bad, and the “government” offers a great solution to OUR problem, it is certainly more likely that we would be open to their suggestion, even if it meant losing some of our freedoms. All of us losing Financial stability seems to be just the perfect thing to create such a need for the government to step in to help.

Remember… COVID-19… How it was used to limit OUR Freedom to attend church, be together as a family, work from home, and so many other aspects of losing some freedoms? This might be seen as a “Warm-up” for what’s to come.

One Currency to Rule Them All

A digital, cashless currency controlled by a global authority would allow precise tracking—and control—of all financial transactions. It would promise ease, but also enable total surveillance and restriction of who can buy or sell.

How Technology Has Prepared the Way for a One World Currency

The idea of a single, global currency once seemed impossible. But thanks to rapid technological advances, the pieces are now in place to make that very idea not only possible—but very likely.

Over the past two decades, the digital revolution has transformed how the world communicates, does business, and handles money. What was once science fiction is now daily life. Here’s how technology has created the perfect environment for a One World Currency:

1. Digital Wallets and Cashless Societies

With apps like Apple Pay, Google Wallet, Venmo, and PayPal, millions have already gone mostly cashless. In countries like Sweden and China, cash has nearly disappeared. People are used to tapping a phone to pay—even for small purchases.

The transition from physical money to digital payments has happened so smoothly, most didn’t even realize they were giving up financial privacy.

2. Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs)

Nearly every major economy—including the U.S., European Union, China, and India—is developing or piloting Central Bank Digital Currencies. These are not like Bitcoin or decentralized cryptocurrencies; CBDCs are completely controlled by governments.

Unlike cash, CBDCs are programmable—meaning governments can limit how, where, and when money is spent. Imagine your money expiring if not used by a deadline… or being denied if you buy “too much” meat, gas, or donate to the wrong cause.

With CBDCs, global leaders would have the infrastructure to enforce a one world financial system almost overnight.

3. Biometric IDs and Global Digital Identity

The United Nations, World Bank, and World Economic Forum are all pushing for universal digital IDs tied to biometric data—fingerprints, facial recognition, retina scans. These IDs would link directly to your bank account, health records, travel history, and even social credit.

India already uses a system like this called Aadhaar, which has over a billion users. The European Union is not far behind. The goal? A globally accepted ID for every human on Earth.

When your identity, health, finances, and citizenship are all wrapped into a single digital profile, all controlled by a central authority, refusal to comply can mean total exclusion from society.

4. Artificial Intelligence & Surveillance

AI systems now scan financial transactions in real time, detect fraud, and predict consumer behavior. Governments are using AI to monitor online speech, travel patterns, and spending habits. Combine this with digital currency and biometric ID, and we’re talking about total control.

Only now, man seeks to be the all-seeing eye.

The Technology is Ready. The System is Built.

We’re watching prophecy unfold. The infrastructure is here. The minds behind it claim good intentions—but God’s Word has already told us where it leads.

Don’t be lulled to sleep by convenience or comfort. The same technology that helps us send money quickly can also be used to control who can buy or sell. Stay alert, stay in the Word, and warn others with love and urgency.

Does all of this sound familiar?

This isn’t science fiction anymore. It’s unfolding in real time.

Manufactured Chaos?

Whether through inflation, cyberattacks, AI miscalculations, or engineered panic, a market crash could be used to usher in a “Great Reset.” Leaders have even spoken of using crises as opportunities for global transformation.

If such a system emerges, it won’t be presented as evil—it will be marketed as the solution to humanity’s problems. That’s why spiritual discernment is critical in these times.

Be Watchful, Be Ready

As followers of Jesus Christ, we are not called to fear—but to watch, pray, and prepare. Our hope is not in the stock market or governments, but in the unshakable Kingdom of God.

“For here have we no continuing city, but we seek one to come.”

We may not be able to stop what’s coming, but we can warn others and anchor ourselves in truth. Be alert. Stay in the Word. And never forget: Jesus Christ is Lord, and His Kingdom shall never fall.

So as “disasters unfold” see these events as the warnings that our God has given to us, to prepare for His coming.

“Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.”

It is time…TODAY, that we place all of our Faith in Jesus Christ, and not be forlorn with the events of the day. With the faith that I know you are capable of having, it is time to turn up our belief in knowing that our God will see us through to the very end.
