Our “End-Times” Plan #8: The Most Intriguing Message of the Bible. You’ve Got to Read This

Posted June 27, 2025 | End Times Watch | River Wilde

Have you ever felt like you just weren’t good enough for God? Like you had too many skeletons in the closet, too much sin in the rearview mirror? Maybe you’ve thought, “If I could just do more—give more, serve more, repent harder—maybe then God would love me, or feel that I was enough.”

Friend, you’re not alone. But you are wrong in this thinking—and that’s good news.

Because in the middle of our guilt and striving, the Word of God cuts through the noise like a trumpet blast of freedom:

“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Not of works, lest any man should boast.” – Ephesians 2:8–9 (KJV)

These verses are the heartbeat of the Gospel. They don’t whisper truth—they shout it. And they dismantle every religious system that says, “Do more, try harder, be better.”

Grace: Not a Reward, But a Rescue

Grace isn’t given to the worthy—it’s given to the needy. It’s not a trophy you earn at the end of a righteous life; it’s the lifeline thrown to a drowning soul. And in the KJV, the word grace shows up over 150 times—because God wants us to know: salvation is not a deal. It’s a gift.

“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
—Romans 5:8 (KJV)

God loved you before you ever took a step toward Him. He didn’t wait until you cleaned up your act. He came while you were still filthy—because grace goes where religion won’t.

Faith: Trusting the Only One Who Never Failed

So how do we receive this grace? Not through church membership. Not through sacraments. Not through endless cycles of guilt and self-punishment. Grace is a gift from Jesus Christ, directly to you…No middle man or organization.

“Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.”
—Romans 5:1 (KJV)

Faith is not crossing your fingers and hoping God lets you into heaven. It’s placing your whole trust—your eternity—on Jesus Christ alone. It’s believing His death on the cross satisfied God’s judgment against your sin, and His resurrection sealed your victory over death.

It’s the kind of faith the thief on the cross had. No chance to get baptized. No time to serve in ministry. No list of good deeds. Just faith in the Savior beside him—and Jesus said:

“To day shalt thou be with me in paradise.” —Luke 23:43 (KJV)

No Boasting in Heaven

Let’s be honest: if heaven were based on works, it would be full of prideful people comparing spiritual résumés. But God made sure that no man could ever brag about making it in. That’s why salvation is “not of works, lest any man should boast.”

Even our best efforts fall short:

“But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags…” —Isaiah 64:6 (KJV)

So why would we try to earn with filthy rags what Christ already purchased with His blood?

In the End Times, This Truth Is Your Anchor

In a world spinning out of control—with wars, famines, deception, and the rise of a one-world system—people are desperate for something solid. Religion will fail them, as I have seen first-hand with my own church, Governments will fail them. Even their own hearts will fail them.

But the truth of salvation by grace through faith never fails. It’s your anchor. It’s your peace. And it’s your escape when judgment falls.

“For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men…” —Titus 2:11 (KJV)

If you’re reading this, that grace is reaching for you right now.

A Word from the Heart

If you’ve been living under guilt… let it go.

If you’ve been trying to earn God’s love… stop running.

If you’ve thought you’re too far gone… look again at the cross.

Jesus didn’t die to give you a second chance at righteousness. He died to be your righteousness.

“For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.” —2 Corinthians 5:21 (KJV)

Today, you can be forgiven. Today, you can rest. Today, you can be saved by grace.

Will you trust Him? Will you receive this gift before it’s too late?
The door is still open. But one day it will close.

Being “Born Again”

Jesus declared in John 3:3 (KJV), “Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” To be born again means to experience a spiritual rebirth — a transformation of the heart and soul brought about by faith in Jesus Christ. It is not a physical rebirth, but a divine renewal that comes when we repent of our sins and believe that Jesus is the Son of God who died for our sins and rose again. As John 1:12-13 explains, “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name… which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

Being born again begins with repentance — turning away from sin — and placing full trust in Jesus as Savior and Lord. Romans 10:9 (KJV) promises, “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” Through this faith, the Holy Spirit enters the believer, making them a new creature in Christ. As 2 Corinthians 5:17 proclaims, “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” This is the miraculous work of God’s grace — not earned by works, but received through humble, believing hearts.

This is the most intriguing story of the Bible. Is this something that you believe, or has your religion clouded these teachings that God has given to us?

I invite you to spend some time in prayer discussing these things with your Heavenly Father, for it is through Him that you will have the truth confirmed. There is only one truth. Truth is not influenced by religious teachings, or popularity. It is pure and simple, as taught in the New Testament by Jesus Christ Himself when He was on the earth. I encourage you to continue studying that truth, as you will find that with the truth comes such joy and peace.

Grace is a start but how we once engaged the world is a burden that needs rectifying. This is why Paul the Apostle preached repentance but also the need for deliverance.
Romans 8:3-4 For what the law was powerless to do because it was weakened by the flesh, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in the flesh, 4 in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.
Romans 8:12-13 Therefore, brothers and sisters, we have an obligation—but it is not to the flesh, to live according to it. 13 For if you live according to the flesh, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live.
